No. Maktabi charges the renter, tenant or booker nothing: no commission and no finder's fee. The rent shown is the rent paid, because Maktabi is paid by the landlord or the coworking operator. That includes asking the team to source a space that is not listed yet.

Yes. Browsing, searching, enquiring and having the team source a space are all free. The only money a renter ever pays is the space's own price when booking a coworking seat or room, or the rent agreed with the landlord.

It is shown on offices, clinics and warehouses so a small expensive unit can be compared with a large cheap one, and you can sort and filter listings by it. Yes. Coworking spaces on Maktabi that offer an official business address give you a lease or address-use agreement you can register with, for your commercial register, tax card and invoices. They carry an "Official business address" label.

Effectively, yes: through the official business address service. Unlike a pure virtual office, the address comes with a real coworking space you can work from.

Landlords can sign up and list properties themselves, or ask Maktabi to market and manage the space for them.
